Our magnificent Joe Hurd is residing up north in Sheffield this week as he hosts the Skills for Chefs Conference 2018.

As the annual Skills for Chefs Conference parades into its 21st anniversary, Joe will be on hand during the event as the Master of Ceremonies conducting live interviews as well as providing coverage of the sessions with fellow food wizards Raymond Blanc and John Williams MBE.

A conference dedicated towards celebrating and showcasing the talents of some of the greatest contemporary culinary geniuses… it just sounds delicious!
